About us
Akku New is a small family business from Gosseldange in Luxembourg. Our focus is on re-equipping existing battery packs with nickel or lithium-ion cells - for example for e-bikes, e-scooters, scooters, tools, household appliances and much more.
We have been repairing defective batteries by replacing all cells with new ones for over ten years. We can increase capacity upon request. We use branded cells, for example from LG and Sony, and tell you exactly which cells and how many of them we use.
We replace the cells inside the existing battery pack. We currently do not offer newly built custom battery packs.
As a family business, personal support is important to us: you speak to us directly and we take the time to answer your questions.

A photo of the battery and the nameplate as well as a short description of the error are sufficient for an initial assessment.
