Legal guarantee
The legal notice for goods in the EU
In the EU, goods sold to consumers generally have a legal guarantee of at least two years of contractual conformity. It applies, for example, if a product does not correspond to the description or does not function for its intended purpose and the defect already existed upon delivery.
Depending on the requirements, free repairs or replacements and, in certain cases, a price reduction or refund may be considered. Countries may provide for longer deadlines. For used goods, shorter periods are possible under certain conditions, but not less than one year.
Report a defect as soon as possible and have proof of purchase or order ready. A voluntary commercial guarantee is an additional commitment and does not replace these legal rights.

Replacing existing batteries
Your legal rights in the event of defects remain intact. The nature of the order and the applicable law determine which claims and deadlines apply. The rules regarding the two-year statutory guarantee of conformity when purchasing goods must not be equated across the board with every repair service.
If something is wrong
Please contact Akku New and describe the problem. Have your invoice or proof of order ready. Justified claims for defects will be handled in accordance with legal regulations.
Warranty and voluntary guarantee
We do not promise any additional voluntary guarantee for new orders. This does not limit legal rights. Guarantees that have already been issued remain unaffected.
