Shipping and payment

Regular return shipping of your battery after cell replacement also incurs a charge. This is added to the agreed cost of the work.

Standard return shipping costs

The amounts correspond to Akku New's published standard shipping costs. We will discuss shipping and payment with you before placing the order. This table applies to regular returns after reassembly; Legal claims to have defects rectified free of charge remain unaffected.

Payment methods

• PayPal – with the options available there such as credit card, direct debit or bank transfer.
• Payment in advance – the return will take place after receipt of payment.
• Payment on collection – by prior appointment.

There is currently no online shop and no automatic payment process. You will receive the payment details personally as part of your order.

Shipping abroad

Depending on the destination country, additional duties, taxes or fees may apply which are not included in the total price quoted.

Before sending in a battery

Please contact us first. Transport regulations apply to lithium batteries. Do not send damaged, swollen or unusually hot batteries yourself.
